Operational safety, always
The multiple coupling of multiple trailers makes it possible to create modular transport convoys capable of transiting in narrow spaces (even less than 3 metres). The coupling between multiple trailers is simple and easy, moreover, the anti-detachment system prevents unintentional detachment during travel. The remarkable steering angle provided by the front axle rotation enhances performance. Padlockable mechanical parking brakes, superelastic wheels and devices for rapid load securing guarantee maximum operational safety.

Customization
Baldi trailers can be customized in company colours and are designed for extreme customization.
ISO Certifications
The construction of the frame is the result of design choices that make the product particularly durable. The welds are performed with ISO 3834 certification.
The steering front axle is not rigidly connected to the frame but adopts an oscillating system that follows the roughness of the ground and allows the trailer to constantly have the four wheels firmly in contact with the ground with safe road holding and no wear of vital parts of the product.
The tread design and the choice of wheels are further elements that we take into consideration depending on the routes that the trailers will have to face.

Particular attention has been given to the design of the steering mechanism:
- When the trailer is detached from other trailers or the tractor, a counter spring keeps the drawbar raised, preventing it from striking the operator’s feet or falling to the ground;
- the drawbar itself, positioned vertically, breaks the trailer and blocks it completely.
A detail highly appreciated by customers is the rear anti-detachment hook, which cannot be lost and cannot be removed by malicious individuals. As a result, coupling trailers to each other to create long convoys does not require the use of improvised pins as substitutes for small but essential components.
